Rachel has a bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University that she earned while working her way into management for Starbucks. Starting as a barista, Rachel was given the opportunity to develop, train, and grow as a leader. She relocated two times for promotional opportunities, supported two new store opens, and eventually was dual managing two remote store locations before exploring new career options. 

Rachel has a passion for people and connection. Rachel also brings to the table a wealth of experience with substance use disorders and is a huge advocate for mental health.
