Our prescribing services are tailored for individuals in need of medication management, provided by a board-certified physician. These services offer a comprehensive approach to mental health care, including prescription medications, educational support, and guidance for those living with mental illness.
To begin, simply contact our agency to schedule an initial assessment. Once completed, you can book your first appointment with the prescriber – an in-depth, one-hour session designed to understand your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes.
Case Management
Our case management services offer personalized, client-centered support to help individuals navigate mental health related challenges. We assess needs, develop tailored care plans, connect clients to vital resources, coordinate with providers, and monitor progress—empowering individuals to overcome barriers, reduce crisis, and achieve greater independence and well-being.
