Each class supports everyday life with strength, flexibility, and stress relief—ending in a guided rest and our signature cool lavender–lemongrass towel. Foundational Flow is a traditional vinyasa class built around a consistent sequence that supports strength, flexibility, and balance. The moderate pace allows you to become familiar with the movements while building stability and confidence over time. Each class closes with sound bowls so you can leave feeling centered, confident, and ready to begin your day with intention.

SLOW FLOW

STEADY + GROUNDED + STRENGTHENING

Slow Flow is a steady‑paced class that builds strength and flexibility through controlled, breath‑led movement. Poses are held long enough to develop balance, stability, and full‑body strength. The slower pace allows you to move with intention and build confidence from one posture to the next. Each class ends with guided meditation to support rest and recovery. You’ll leave feeling centered and physically strong.

Pilates Foundations

Pilates Foundations is a supportive, beginner-friendly class that focuses on building strength through intentional, controlled movement. Yoga at the Market

MOVE + BREATHE + RESET

Set the tone for your weekend with outdoor yoga in the heart of the market. This class offers a balanced mix of mobility, strength, stretching, and mindful flow to help you feel energized, grounded, and ready for the weekend. Designed for all experience levels, Yoga at the Market invites you to move intentionally, enjoy the fresh air, and become part of a vibrant Saturday morning community.

Family Yoga is a playful and grounding class designed to bring children and caregivers together through movement, mindfulness, breath, and connection. Through creative yoga poses, partner activities, interactive games, and moments of relaxation, families are invited to slow down, share meaningful time together, and enjoy the experience of moving side by side.

Designed for all experience levels, this class creates a welcoming space for children and caregivers to explore movement, imagination, cooperation, and mindfulness in a supportive and engaging environment. Expect laughter, movement, connection, and moments of calm woven throughout each class.

A seasonal outdoor community yoga experience centered on intentional movement, breath, and nervous system restoration. This special gathering celebrates International Day of Yoga with sun salutations woven throughout a mindful flow, grounding movement, and breath centered awareness. Live sound instruments move through the space during practice, creating an immersive atmosphere that supports presence and ease. The experience closes with an extended outdoor savasana and restorative sound bath under open sky. This practice is open to all levels and designed to support accessibility, connection, and a slower return to self in the rhythm of summer.
