Each class supports everyday life with strength, flexibility, and stress relief—ending in a guided rest and our signature cool lavender–lemongrass towel. Many describe it as the first place where they’ve felt truly at ease caring for their body—appreciating the smaller room, familiar faces, and steady rhythm of showing up. FOUNDATIONAL FLOW

BALANCED + STEADY + FOCUSED

Foundational Flow is a traditional vinyasa class built around a consistent sequence that supports strength, flexibility, and balance. The moderate pace allows you to become familiar with the movements while building stability and confidence over time. Breath and movement work together throughout the practice, creating a steady rhythm that helps you feel grounded and present. Each class closes with sound bowls so you can leave feeling centered, confident, and ready to begin your day with intention.

SLOW FLOW

STEADY + GROUNDED + STRENGTHENING

Slow Flow is a steady‑paced class that builds strength and flexibility through controlled, breath‑led movement. Poses are held long enough to develop balance, stability, and full‑body strength. The slower pace allows you to move with intention and build confidence from one posture to the next. Each class ends with guided meditation to support rest and recovery. You’ll leave feeling centered and physically strong.

POWER FLOW

STRONG + FOCUSED + BUILDING

Power Flow is a strength‑focused vinyasa class designed to build stamina and full‑body strength. Expect steady movement, purposeful sequencing, and manageable challenges that help you grow stronger over time. The pace builds heat and improves stability while maintaining clear instruction throughout. You’ll leave feeling capable and accomplished.

YOGALATES

STEADY + GROUNDED + STRENGTHENING

Yogalates combines yoga flow with Pilates‑based core conditioning for balanced, practical strength. This class focuses on posture, core engagement, and controlled movement that supports everyday activities. Expect focused work through the midsection, steady pacing, and clear guidance. You’ll leave feeling stable and strong.
This full-moon experience blends a gentle yin yoga practice with immersive live sound. Yin is a slow, floor-based style of yoga that targets deeper layers of the body, supporting physical and mental release and accessible for all levels, including beginners. Crystal singing bowls and other instruments are woven throughout the practice to create a calming soundscape that helps quiet the nervous system. Guided by three facilitators—one leading the yoga and two offering sound—this evening invites you to step away from daily pace, let go, and reconnect. No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.
