ROOT TO RISE
Root2Rise is a sweet, sometimes sweaty, and soulful vinyasa. Students are invited to give themselves grace and accept where they are in the moment. Her practice assists students in gaining the tools necessary to remove barriers to experiencing full love and joy.
MON AND WED 8:30-9:30 AM
This class consists of a series of long held floor poses (2-5 minutes) that slowly move into surrendering to the sensations of the stretch. In Yin we practice unhurried movement, learn to find peace in discomfort, and observe our thoughts and sensations in stiffness.
MON 5:30-6:15 PM, SAT 8:30-9:30 AM
Power Flow classes involve a heat-building approach to Vinyasa style flow, linking conscious breath with a vigorous flow. Classes elevate your heart rate and build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
WED 5:30-6:15 PM
Invigorating power flow that incorporates both fluid movements that link breath and static postures that will challenge strength and endurance. Stimulates your mind and body with bold sequences and filled with deep stretching.
TUE AND THU 4:30-5:30 PM
ULTRA GENTLE + BARRE
This fun class involves deep breathing, stretching, and strengthening using a chair. Sometimes we sit in it and sometimes we stand next to it as we enjoy a whole body workout.
MON AND WED 10:00-11:00 AM
This class begins and ends in prayer, with a flowing series of mindful movements in between. Focus is placed on proper alignment and using the breath to increase the benefits of practice.
FRI 8:30-9:45 AM
3 to 5 year olds can begin learning to exercise and stretch into fun shapes while relaxing with friends in a structured environment.
FRI 11:00-11:30 AM
In this class we will focus on whole core strength through dynamic movement and find a balance and strength, stability and flexibility.
TUE AND THU 8:30-9:30 AM
Kids in this age group will learn more yoga techniques as we go on different journeys in our fun yoga environment.
