Morgan is a licensed social worker for over seven years of experience, she has a strong background in child welfare and medical social work – fields that have shaped her deep understanding of people and their needs. 

In her leadership role, she leads with a blend of collaborative, coaching and trauma-informed approaches. Morgan believes in empowering her team by encouraging open communication, fostering professional growth, and creating a work culture rooted in trust and respect. Whether she’s mentoring staff, offering clinical guidance, or stepping in to problem-solve complex cases, Morgan’s goal is always to lift others up and support meaningful progress.
