Care Coordinator

Jordan attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to complete both his Bachelors and Masters of Social Work degrees. He was the MSW Intern at The Pavilion Foundation in Champaign, IL where he facilitated daily group therapy and co-facilitated recreational therapy in the inpatient/outpatient unit for alcohol and substance misuse for ages 18 and older. Jordan is very passionate about being the voice for those in our community that do not have the ability to be their own voice when talking about their mental health.
