Hannah Chapman, LCSW, CADC, CODP I, CCATP

Manager of Pathways, CCSO

With a heart full of empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference, Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), Co-Occurring Disorder Professional I (CODP I), and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) with over 7 years of experience in the field. As Manager of Pathways CCSO at Arukah Institute of Healing, Hannah combines her clinical expertise with a belief that leadership is all about people – not just policies. She strives to lead with care, humor, and a deep commitment to making sure everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

Over the years, Hannah has worked alongside people from all walks of life, helping them navigate tough times with compassion and a bit of humor to lighten the load. Whether it’s guiding a clinical team through a challenging case or offering a comforting word during a tough session, Hannah believes that healing doesn’t just happen in offices – it happens through connection, understanding, and a sense of humor.

In her leadership role, Hannah focuses on fostering a culture where collaboration and care are the foundation. She believes in leading by example: putting people first, being approachable, and knowing that a little humor can go a long way in building strong, supportive relationships. She’s found that a smile and a genuine laugh can turn even the toughest day around.
