Baileigh Hermann-Baldridge

RECOVERY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Baileigh Hermann-Baldridge joined Arukah as a Recovery Support Specialist. She developed a passion for the mental health field through her own struggles with depression and anxiety. She also has a passion for the substance abuse field and those struggling with addiction. She previously worked within a male facility as a substance abuse counselor for individuals in custody. It was during this time that she realized in order to truly treat the disease of addiction you have to treat the person as a whole and that starts with their mental health. Baileigh believes every individual has the ability to change and her ultimate goal is to help those willing to put in the work to obtain the resilience and knowledge they need to do so.
