Sunset Sound Bath

Let your tension and stress go down with the sun! Join us outdoors with intention and purpose during an immersive sound bath mediation promoting grounding and clarity. We will begin with a short restorative flow and a soothing breathing exercise. The next 45 minutes will be an immersive sound bath including two sets of crystal bowls and other instruments that inspire a grounding state of relaxation. Pre-registration is recommended. PROOF OF REGISTRATION VIA EMAIL CONFIRMATION. NO HARD COPY TICKET REQUIRED.
