Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Spring is a transitional time, moving from cold to warm, light to dark stillness to growth. Step into the warmer, busier and longer days with intention and purpose with an immersive sound bath mediation promoting grounding and clarity. We will begin with a short restorative flow and a soothing breathing exercise. The next 45 minutes will be an immersive sound bath including two sets of crystal bowls and other instruments that inspire a grounding state of relaxation.
