Half of Chris’ People career has been as an employee in highly regulated, large organizations and half as self-employed contractor serving start-up to mature private sector businesses. Areas of concentration and passion are the Management and Leadership of Culture, Performance Improvement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), Learning, Organizational Design and Development and Talent Acquisition Programs.
