Aaron Rios is a Recovery Support Specialist at Arukah, bringing over twelve years of experience in education as both a Physical Education teacher and Principal. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from the
University of St. Francis. Passionate about supporting individuals facing mental health
challenges, Aaron combines his educational background with a deep commitment to fostering resilience and well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time at home with his wife and two daughters. Aaron takes pride in his ability to connect with others, understanding their unique needs and challenges. He connects with those facing mental health struggles. His experience in leading educational initiatives has equipped him with the skills to facilitate meaningful discussions and empower individuals to express themselves and build resilience. In his previous roles, he prioritized creating inclusive environments where students felt supported and motivated. Eager to bring his leadership, mentorship, and student engagement experience to Arukah, Aaron believes that by fostering a supportive community, we can help others unlock their potential and build a foundation for lifelong success.
