Jen Pyszka

Administrative Assistant

Jen has over 25 years of experience in the social services field and is deeply committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities. A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, she has developed a diverse and comprehensive skill set across multiple areas of social work. Her experience includes counseling, crisis intervention, education and prevention services, WRAP facilitation, case management, care coordination, and advocacy. Throughout her career, Jen has worked in both nonprofit organizations and government agencies, providing services to individuals across the lifespan—from infants and children to adolescents, adults, and older adults. She is strongly committed to social justice and the empowerment of individuals, and she approaches her work with empathy, compassion, and respect. Driven by a passion for creating positive and lasting change, Jen continues to support and advocate for those she serves. She is dedicated to promoting equitable access to resources and services and to improving the overall quality of life for individuals and communities.
