Ariel earned her Bachelors in Psychology at Northern Illinois University before attending Aurora University to complete her Masters of Social Work. Ariel has been practicing since 2015 and has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, crisis stabilization, hospital and outpatient primary clinic offices. She also has experience in the jail setting. At Arukah, Ariel provides direct therapy services using motivational interviewing skills, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. Ariel is passionate about being present and available to help her clients. It’s about meeting each and every client where they are and helping them explore and process in a safe environment.
