Shanna Dugan

Case Manager

Shanna has over 25 years of experience in the social services field. She began her career working in residential and community mental health programs. She has been a case manager for several years, working in child welfare, domestic violence, and mental health. Shanna earned her bachelors degree from Western Illinois University and is currently pursuing her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. She strives to use her experience in the field to provide compassionate mental health care to those in need. In her off time, Shanna is involved in several community organizations. When she’s not working, studying or volunteering, you can find her on one of our many local hiking trails, kayaking down the river, or creating art.
