Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one on one conversation between a person and a qualified mental health professional (social worker or counselor). It provides a safe space to talk through challenges, learn coping skills, and work toward personal goals related to mental health and well-being.
Group Therapy
Group therapy brings together several people who are experiencing similar challenges to meet with a therapist. Participants share experiences, learn from one another, and practice new coping skills in a supportive environment.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a therapy used to help people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. Through guided techniques that engage the brain’s natural processing system, individuals can reduce the emotional impact of past events.
