Samantha McAvoy

C5 Rural Project Director

Samantha holds a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is currently a student at Concordia University studying a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. Samantha completed her graduate level supervision and research within a therapeutic day program that provides educational services for students ages 5 through 21 years requiring moderate to intense behavioral and/or social emotional support. Samantha has engaged in many projects across teams of organizations with varying complexities. Working on multidisciplinary teams, she has recognized the importance of strength-based leadership, diverse cultures, and progress monitoring to meet common goals across organizations. Samantha is excited to be part of a team that values the importance of wellness, mental health, and accessibility throughout rural areas.
