An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 21, 2020
Mindful Vinyasa classes constitute a more lively vinyasa practice linking breath with motion. Deep breathing and mindful cues will help one develop a physical self-awareness while elevating their heart rate. This class will invite flexibility, as well as build strength and balance. Class will end in savasana for psychological and systemic renewal. Perfect for all levels; adults and young adults ages 12+. Taught by Courtney.
