Slow Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Thursday, repeating until December 21, 2020
Slow Flow classes are an introspective slow vinyasa practice linking breath with motion. Deep breathing during a slow and mindful warm-up will prepare the body and the mind for longer-held postures. This class is soft and smooth but more challenging than a gentle flow, building strength and balance and ending in savasana for psychological and systemic renewal. Perfect for all levels; adults and young adults ages 12+. Taught by Sara.
