An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, repeating until December 21, 2020
On Saturdays we offer a variety of class types (Power Flow, Slow Flow, Gentle Flow) taught by rotating instructors. All types of classes begin with a meditation and mindfulness, bringing an awareness to our thoughts and breath. This is followed by vinyasa practice which links motion with breath, ending in savasana for psychological and systemic renewal. Perfect for all levels; adults and young adults ages 12+. Taught by rotating instructors.
