Gentle Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until December 21, 2020
Classes involve low exertion that connect breath with movement and awaken inner joy. Gentle Flow is for those who might want a softer yoga class or those with physical challenges that want to enhance strength, flexibility and a healthy mind. Classes involve a time of reflection and mindfulness followed by postures and ending with restorative savasana for psychological and systemic renewal. Perfect for all levels; adults ages 18+. Taught by Stephanie.
